❌ No Returns or Exchanges (Unless We Mess Up!)

Every item you order from BluePinkArt is custom-printed just for you — which means we don’t keep inventory, and we can’t restock or resell returned items.

That’s why we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size (always check our size chart!)
  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong color or design

We pour love into every print — and we hope you’ll love it too 💙

✅ But If Something’s Wrong — We’ll Fix It!

Mistakes happen — and when they’re on our end, we make them right. Fast.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you receive:

  • ✅ The wrong shirt style or color
  • ✅ A defective print (faded, misaligned, missing ink)
  • ✅ A damaged item (torn, stained, etc.)
  • ✅ The wrong design

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved (due to our error), you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

⏳ Please allow 3–5 additional days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
